Investigation and analysis of routine culture of vaginal swabs and drug sensitivity of common pathogenic bacteria
Results in addition to Lactobacillus, Candida (18.5%), Staphylococcus epidermidis (13.9%), Streptococcus agalactiae (8.4%) and other bacteria were cultured in vaginal swabs. Staphylococcus aureus accounted for the sixth place (2.2%). Candida is very sensitive to nystatin and amphotericin B, Streptococcus agalactiae is the most sensitive to ampicillin, and Staphylococcus aureus is the most sensitive to ciprofloxacin, furantoin, vancomycin and teicoplanin. Conclusion negative swab culture is a very important basis for diagnosing the cause of infection and reasonable treatment.
